**Role Description**

Join our innovative team at Store Transform as an E-commerce QA Tester, where you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platforms, **including Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.**With over **3 years** of experience, you’ll bring your expertise in both manual and automated testing to identify, document, and resolve software defects, optimizing system performance and security.

**Responsibilities**
- Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies for Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Identify and analyze software defects, performing root cause analysis.
- Conduct security testing and optimize system performance.
- Adhere to and improve QA processes and methodologies.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and results effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
- Assess and validate user experience, gathering and analyzing feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuous learning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
