Production Supervisor

Production Management:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of
packaged drinking water.
Implement best practices to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality
standards.

Machine Maintenance:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Repair and Maintenance (R&M) of machines
and auxiliaries

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Training and Recruitment:
Lead the recruitment process for operators, labor, and other technical personnel.
Develop training programs to ensure the team is proficient in machine operation, safety
protocols, and quality control measures.

Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance of compressors, chillers, and BOPP labelling
machines.
Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate new technologies to enhance production efficiency.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory standards and ensure
product consistency.
Conduct regular audits to monitor production processes and address deviations promptly.

**Qualifications**:
If 5+ years of hands-on experience in packaged drinking water production management and maintenance of all machines.
In-depth knowledge of auto-blowing machines, RFC
filling machines, and Reverse Osmosis systems.
Proven experience in the maintenance of compressors, chillers, and BOPP labeling
machines.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
