**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective Japanese language lessons for students up to N5 level.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in Japanese language education.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and cultural understanding.
- Provide timely and clear communication with students and fellow educators.

**Requirements**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese language (at least N2 level).
- Proven experience as a Japanese language instructor.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) levels and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Access to necessary technology for online instruction.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 1-3 months
