**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Need to attend client queries related to the product we offer them.
- Responsible for answering the incoming calls
- guiding them appropriately to their queries.
- Explain the product and service to the customer
- Providing the clients required support for purchase for new sale.
- Handling customers queries over the call
