Roles & Responsibilities

We are a local start-up **Trade World 24/7** that wants to change the way you think about currency and the movement of money. Think fast, seamless, and hassle-free fiat and cryptocurrency assets, all in one wallet, every transaction within one app. We want to revolutionise traders casual or veteran, or anyone who's owned more than a single currency before. P2P exchanges, easy currency switching, all done under tech like blockchain.

We're looking for individuals who are ambitious, adaptive, and not afraid to fail. You thrive on challenges and are keen to wear multiple hats. You'll join a young, diverse team to achieve our goals and thrive on start-up culture.

Collaborate with marketing department to execute cryptocurrency marketing campaigns, on top of brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans/content for internal/external projects.
- Plan and implement crypto-centric marketing collaterals/campaigns for lead generation and brand-building that aligns with overall company goals and key KPI/ROI/AUM targets
- Help gather, analyse and present brand positioning, competitor insights, market trends and aggregate data
- Contribute to lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows (next phase) and events
- Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution, awards, company announcements and speaker proposals
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, thereby acquiring growth
- Manage company’s website, including SEO, content organisation, content conceptualisation/creation, as well as assisting with copywriting/designing where applicable
- Liaise and work closely with in-house creative team, agencies, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and deliverables
- Website editing background is a bonus

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Junior Executive specialising in Digital Marketing/Cryptocurrency required
- At least 1 year of working/crypto experience in related fields is ideal
- Possess strong communication/management skills, on top of being a team player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and pivot on the go

**Salary**: ₹16,086.00 - ₹36,718.20 per month
