**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Data Entry**
- Enter day-to-day financial transactions in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Maintain **sales, purchase, and expense** records accurately.
- Process **invoices, payments, and receipts** systematically.

**Bank & Ledger Management**
- Handle **bank reconciliations** and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor **accounts payable and receivable**.

**GST, TDS & Taxation Compliance**
- Assist in **GST filing, TDS calculations, and returns**.
- Generate **GST reports & E-way bills** when required.

**Financial Reporting**
- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**.
- Assist in **budgeting and forecasting**.

**Inventory & Stock Management (If Applicable)**
- Track **stock movement and inventory records** in Tally.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for stock updates.

**Other Administrative Support**
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors and management for financial audits.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
Strong understanding of **accounting principles & GST regulations**.
Good knowledge of **MS Excel & financial reporting**.
**Accuracy & attention to detail** in data entry and reconciliations.
Ability to handle **multiple tasks efficiently**.
Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field** preferred.

**Preferred Experience**:
**1-2 years** of experience in accounting or finance.
