- Be open to discover and acquire new user experience trends and practices

**All you need is...**:

- **8+ Years of experience designing/consulting user interfaces for various channels (e.g. mobile, web, desktop) covering the entire design life cycle, the user needs analysis, functional design, and usability validation.**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / MBA.
- Be business oriented and able to represent the customer needs.
- Experienced in functionality/specs definition, architecture and design.
- **Experience in User research, user experience design, Wireframing, Figma, Indesign**
- **Ability to facilitate and adapt to scope changes and prioritization.**
- Experience in agile methodologies is appreciated.
- Proficient in BU development/customization projects.
- Matrix-management, good negotiation and communication skills.
