Falcon Academy is seeking an individual to join our team as a Logistics Faculty member. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with experience who are passionate about logistics education and ready to embark on a rewarding career in academy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting lectures and workshops on logistics and supply chain management topics.
- Developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to students to ensure an understanding of logistics principles.
- Keeping a breast of industry trends and incorporating real-world examples into teaching materials.
- Assessing and evaluating student progress to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and knowledge transfer.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
