**Roles**:
The Banking Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations within the organization. This position is responsible for handling all day-to-day banking activities such as fund transfers, cheque management, and bank reconciliations. The role exists to maintain strong coordination with banks for loan disbursements, project finance, and related documentation. It supports the finance team in maintaining compliance with banking norms, regulatory guidelines, and RERA requirements for real estate transactions. The position ensures financial accuracy, timely reporting, efficient fund flow management to real estate operations, and ensures that all banking activities adhere to RERA compliance standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in real estate project financing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders by preparing bank and vendor reconciliation reports.
- Handle daily banking transactions including NEFT, RTGS, cheque deposits, and fund transfers.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate banking records.
- Manage builder-buyer account transactions and coordinate with banks for project finance and loan disbursements.
- Track and process post-dated cheques (PDCs), ECS mandates, and payment realizations.
- Liaise with banks and customers for home loan documentation, NOCs, and disbursal updates.
- Maintain banking documentation in compliance with RERA and regulatory norms.
- Monitor bank charges, interest, and utility/vendor payments for accuracy.
- Operate online banking portals and manage user access for secure transactions.
- Assist in generating MIS reports and supporting finance with audit requirements.
- Ensure zero-error execution and high confidentiality in all banking operations.
- Maintain high accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability in all banking operations to avoid financial risks.
- Coordinate with customers regarding loan processing and assist the legal team with the preparation and verification of loan documents.
- Collaborate with bank managers to facilitate the smooth processing of customer loan process and resolve any issues or queries.
- Follow up with bank executives on the status of loan disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee the loan process from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and properly processed.
- Coordinate with bank representatives or managers to ensure timely sanctioning of loans and address any discrepancies or delays.

**Requirement**:

- Experience in handling daily banking Process(Loan ,Handling Customers, Loan Sanction)
- Ability to manage cheque tracking, PDCs, and bank reconciliations
- Understanding of loan disbursement and customer-home loan documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with banks for project finance, overdraft, and customer services
- Strong communication and co-ordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Tally ERP.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.

**Salary**:No Bracket.

**Education**:B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related qualification
