**Job Description (What You’ll Bring):
- 5+ of experience in a product management or commensurate role with focus on the development of data products and the solutions to support, maintain, publish and access those products.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with international teams across time zones.
- Solid knowledge of data governance (the role of metadata, data security, data lineage), data operations (the processes and metrics that ensure the efficient production of high quality data assets), dimensions of data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity and uniqueness), and data as a service (specifically the services that allow other systems to reliably and safely access our data products and solutions).
- Familiarity with practices to ensure that products and services account for data privacy and security..
- Experience creating Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Field Mapping documents and other artifacts to help support requirements and facilitate communication with engineering teams as well as Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Proven success working in agile development teams and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work within and across teams and be flexible in a dynamic environment with strong energy, drive and enthusiasm balanced with patience, persistence, and diplomacy.

**What We’d Love to See**:

- Ability to develop and execute a product roadmap when provided the high-level product vision and direction.
- Experience writing product specifications in the form of features and stories, leveraging agile methodologies for execution by engineers.
- Ability to collect feature requests from stake holders and translate these into proper development requirements.
- Expertise in prioritization and aligning features and stories to roadmap initiatives and milestones.
- Prowess with release management including documentation and messaging to stake holders.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work with engineers to drive to solutions.
- Solid knowledge of the Product Owner role within an Agile development team, understanding the importance of “Definition of Ready” and “Acceptance Criteria”.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Rally, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Prior product management experience within the digital marketing sector.
- Experience working with data-centric teams driven to consume more data, faster, while ensuring that quality and compliance are a top priority.
- Technical foundation with exposure to some of the following: query languages, data modelling, database technology services, cloud capabilities, data pipelines, ETL, batch processing, stream processing and API constructs.
- B.A./B.S. degree or greater

The Product Owner will fill a key role on the fast-growing TransUnion Marketing Solutions product team. In this role you will focus on the build, publish and access of our data products. B _elow are some of the ways you can contribute to make an impact on a day-to-day basis: _
- **Roadmap Ownership **- Work with the Product Manager to ensure that the roadmap aligns with the overall visions and is progressing through each Program Increment. Update and communicate roadmap changes to the larger organization as necessary.
