**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop admission strategies, including recruitment plans, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking, to drive student enrollment and retention.
- Build relationships with local and international colleges, schools, and organizations to identify and recruit top students.
- Promote the Institution's programs through presentations, speeches, and other outreach activities at alumni meetings, high school conferences, and community job fairs.
- Design and implement a comprehensive admissions process, including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counselling, disciplinary, and communication programs.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to student admissions, including file processing and residency/visa status management.
- Analyze enrollment trends and market data to inform admission strategies and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Develop financial strategies to estimate, forecast, and anticipate admission requirements, aligning monetary resources with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in admissions management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with international education trends and regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in marketing or recruitment in the higher education sector.
- Fluency in multiple languages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
