**EXPERIENCE**:3+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience

**JOB PROFILE**:Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Client Servicing
- Finalizing décor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.
- Décor and event Co-ordination with Staff
- Décor Costing Management
- Vendor Negotiation and Finalization
- Artist Coordination
- Event Execution
- Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.
- Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.
- Price negotiations.
- Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.
- Venue Management.
- Crisis Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
