**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver creative, student-centered English lessons aligned with curriculum objectives
- Focus on reading fluency, writing mechanics, vocabulary development, and comprehension strategies
- Use a variety of teaching methods (storytelling, group discussions, visual aids, etc.) to engage all learners
- Maintain a print-rich and language-stimulating classroom environment
- Track and assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain academic records
- Communicate with parents through PTMs, progress reports, and informal updates
- Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events
- Attend training workshops and contribute to curriculum planning sessions

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education
- Prior teaching experience in primary years (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with young learners
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching
