Delivery Driver

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pick-up & Delivery**:

- Collect items from the warehouse, store, or supplier.
- Deliver goods to customers’ addresses on time.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery (POD).
- **Vehicle Operations & Safety**:

- Drive company vehicle (bike/van/tempo/truck depending on role).
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and maintained.
- **Documentation & Records**:

- Maintain delivery logs and reports.
- Handle invoices, cash-on-delivery (COD) payments, and receipts if applicable.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact politely with customers.
- Assist in checking or unloading goods if required.
- Handle returns/exchanges as per company policy.
- **Coordination**:

- Communicate with the dispatch/operations team for updates.
- Use GPS or mobile apps for navigation and delivery updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
