We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Education Counsellor** to guide aspiring students through our range of career-oriented programs. You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in and online leads, playing a key role in converting inquiries into admissions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students about our courses in aviation, ground staff, hospitality, and travel & tourism
- Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries
- Explain course benefits, fees, and career opportunities
- Assist students with admissions, registrations, and documentation
- Work towards monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years experience in counselling, sales, or tele-calling (education sector preferred)
- Friendly, confident, and target-driven personality
