Retail Sales Associate

Greeting customers: Make customers feel welcome and create a positive impression for the brand
- Identifying customer needs: Ask questions to understand customer problems and recommend solutions
- Recommending merchandise: Suggest options based on customer needs and preferences
- Explaining merchandise: Demonstrate and explain how merchandise works and its benefits
- Answering questions: Respond to customer questions about merchandise
- Processing transactions: Collect payment using the store's point of sale system
- Processing returns and exchanges: Assist customers with purchase decisions
- Stocking shelves: Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations
- Promoting sales: Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and policies about payments and exchanges

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
