Ø Monitor the progress of construction projects, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project schedules and mitigate risks.

Ø Ensure that construction activities are executed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Ø Supervise and provide guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Ø Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations for construction team members.

Ø Coordinate with various trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and smooth workflow on construction sites.

Ø Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans and specifications.

Ø Conduct inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

Ø Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for construction activities.

Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the project team, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Ø Facilitate regular meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders to address project progress, challenges, and changes.

Ø Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues and ensure construction activities align with the design and engineering plans.

Ø Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all construction personnel.

Ø Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to promote awareness and compliance with safety guidelines.

Ø Ensure that appropriate safety measures are implemented on construction sites, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures.

Ø Documentation and Reporting:
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, work schedules, and any changes or deviations from the original plans.

Ø Prepare regular reports on project status, including milestones achieved, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement.

Ø Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide timely updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.

Ø Review and approve construction plans, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

**Salary**: ₹107,523.25 - ₹342,098.16 per year
