**Subject-wise Scriptwriter (Maths / Science / English)**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Write video scripts that are conceptually accurate, conversational and student-friendly, aligned with branding and visual storytelling
3. Ensure flow, tone, and style is natural for face-on-camera teaching.
4. Incorporate hooks, student questions, visual cues, and teacher gestures into the script.
5. Rewrite or revise scripts based on feedback from SMEs and instructional designers.
6. Suggest visuals or animations to accompany the script, if required.
**Subject-Specific Expectations**:
**Mathematics Scriptwriter**:
- Break down abstract or complex math topics into simple, step-by-step explanations.
- Use accurate mathematical terminology with a simplified explanation for students.
- Scripts should include prompts for on-screen visuals like equations, graphs, or diagrams.
**Science Scriptwriter**:
- Cover Physics, Chemistry, or Biology topics with clarity and structure.
- Integrate experimental references, everyday phenomena, and cause-effect relationships.
- Ensure accuracy in scientific facts and use analogies for better understanding.
- Indicate points where animations, diagrams, or experiments can be used.
**English Scriptwriter**:
- Focus on grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, spoken English, and writing skills.
- Develop scripts that encourage interactive learning (questions, prompts, examples).
- Include pronunciation cues, tone modulation notes, and student engagement points.
- Ensure alignment with age-appropriate learning levels (e.g., primary vs. secondary learners).
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in educational scriptwriting or instructional content creation.
- Ability to write conversational, engaging, and student-centric scripts.
- Good understanding of online learning formats and tutoring dynamics.
- Attention to detail, structure, and narrative flow.
- Familiarity with video-based content and visual storytelling.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector or tutoring-based video script creation.
- Basic understanding of video production, pacing, and screen presence is a plus.
**Compensation**: Negotiable based on experience and quality of writing.
