Store Assistant

**Who are we?**
**What you are expected to do**:
- Entry of receipts of new material and issue of material
- Maintain proper stock register - Keeping a record of moving stock and restocking the store in coordination with Administration Officer.
- Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
- Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage & Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month and reporting to Administration Officer
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads / Section Heads and approved.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work other than store related work.
- Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Dean (Administration) / Director, NSB.
**What should be the eligibility**:
- Any graduate with basic knowledge of computer
- 1-2 years of prior experience in the similar role
**Attractive Pay in commensuration with your experience and expertise.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
