Roles & Responsibilioties

1. Create new business from corporate and institutions

2. Retaining existing customers

3. Resolving the customer issues and queries on time

4. Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for collections.

5. Selling value added services to the customer and increasing business from them

6.Immediate response to any customer requirement
