**Responsibilities**:

- BOQ & Quotations: Process BOQs, suggest lighting solutions, and prepare quotations with technical data sheets.
- Quotation & Invoicing: Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, and end-user documentation.
- Price & Payment Analysis: Analyze past pricing, terms, and conditions for order processing; follow up on payments.
- Order Processing: Prepare sales order confirmations and ensure accurate billing.
- Account Coordination: Provide sales-related account data (e.g., ledgers, pending orders) to the sales team.
- Order Management: Monitor order status, offer alternatives for out-of-stock items, and coordinate with factory/purchase teams.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer queries related to transportation, invoicing, and product issues.
- Invoice & Returns: Submit invoices, handle returns, and coordinate with accounts for credits or delivery note cancellations.
- Reports & Documentation: Maintain project documents, dispatch details, and provide reports to the accounts department.
- Post-Order Follow-Up: Track balance payments, ledger confirmation, and ensure post-order services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other similar fields
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,889.92 - ₹31,639.94 per month
