**Job Posting: Commercial Building Caretaker**

**Location**: PSV Enclave, 19/8B Rajaji Street, Radha Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai - 44, Tamil Nadu
**Timings**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, [Monday-Saturday]

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Building Caretaker to ensure the smooth daily operation of our commercial office building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the main gate, greet visitors, and maintain a daily visitor register.
- Monitor building services like lifts, electricity, plumbing, and the automatic gate.
- Quickly coordinate with technicians (electrician, plumber, etc.) for any repairs and supervise their work.
- Maintain a detailed record book for all visitor entries and maintenance history.
- Perform general oversight of common areas to ensure everything is in order.
- Has a polite demeanor and good communication skills.
- Is alert, responsible, and can handle coordination effectively.
- Has a basic understanding of building maintenance systems.
- Is reliable and can work independently with mínimal supervision.
