Grinder

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate grinding machines (e.g., bench grinders, surface grinders) to smooth or sharpen metal parts.
- Follow technical drawings or work orders to ensure accurate dimensions and surface finishes.
- Inspect materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain and adjust grinding machines for optimal performance.
- Monitor the grinding process to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Clean and maintain the work area and machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grinder or similar role in manufacturing or fabrication.
- Familiarity with various grinding tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic maintenance skills for grinding machines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
