**Job Description: Web Designer Trainee**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for website layouts and elements.
- Support the implementation of design solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and functionality throughout the development process.
- Optimize web graphics and images for fast loading times and optimal performance.
- Stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Assist in quality assurance testing to identify and resolve design-related issues.
- Provide support in the creation of design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updates of existing websites as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative abilities (if available).
- No prior work experience required; internship or freelance experience in web design is a plus but not necessary.

**Location: Mohali, Shift (10AM - 8PM)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:
