- Replying to order related queries & feedback received on EMAIL
- Replying to order related queries & feedback received on EMAIL
- Answering to order related queries & feedback received on corporate mobile number
- Help in New listing of products on Ecom (Shopify platform)
- Help in improving existing listings quality (Keywords, Bullet Points, Descriptions, A+ content)
- Updating MRP & HSN
- Assisting in Inhouse product shoot
- Track sales performance
- Track and manage inventory stock outs
- Manage logistics partners (Wallet recharge, Hire new vendors, resolve operational issues)
- Coordinate for Ecom returns and replacements
- Updating leaves on Amazon site
- Monitor end to end order processing by ops team
- Highlight key issues in day to day order processing
- Assist marketing team in all generating content and executing activities that will help Ecom growth
- Monitoring and ordering Ecom TBS branded packaging material
