**UI UX DESIGNER**

**About PanScience Innovations (PSI)** PanScience Innovations is a venture studio driving the development of cutting-edge AI-powered products across diverse sectors including healthcare, law, education, and media. We bring together cross-disciplinary teams to build high-impact, scalable solutions that solve real-world challenges. As part of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our next-generation platforms.

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms
- Support creative needs including landing pages, marketing assets, and internal tools aligned with the company’s growth initiatives
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and insights
- Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and user flows across multiple platforms
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines for use across products
- Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design

Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile environments
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on SaaS or AI-driven products
- Exposure to branding, web design, and cross-platform product interfaces
- Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms such as Webflow (preferred)
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
