**About the client**: One of the leading contract research, development, and manufacturing organization.

**Job Purpose**:Help the organization reach their business goals by implementing technologies and innovations such as Mixed Reality, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Robotics, 3D printing, Chatbots and many Digital innovations - HCP (Health Care Provider) /consumer/shopper input used for the creation of brand and commercial/retail strategies. Also guide business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To Lead and timely deliver the projects in alignment with Business needs and strategy. This includes execution of project plans, debottlenecking issues, stakeholder management in very complex and dynamic environment.
- To drive the omni channel strategy and built business innovation models for all the businesses.
- To build Multichannel marketing (MCM) strategy and ensuring smooth execution in consumer marketing.
- Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies and growth marketing techniques to drive results. Should Integrate with Business Drivers, Finance, Agencies, Social Media platform, E-commerce piece.
- Maintain roadmaps, reports and dashbords.

**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree and Certification in Information & Technology / Digital Marketing
