**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop effective German language training curriculum based on the specific needs and proficiency levels of participants.

Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including audio-visual aids, worksheets, and assessments.

Instructional Delivery:
Conduct dynamic and engaging German language classes for diverse groups of learners.

Employ various teaching methods, such as lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and multimedia presentations, to enhance learning outcomes.

Provide constructive feedback and support to learners, addressing individual needs and challenges.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Administer assessments to evaluate participants' language proficiency and track their progress over time.

Develop and implement strategies to address areas of improvement, ensuring continuous advancement in language skills.

Cultural Integration:
Incorporate cultural elements into language training to promote a well-rounded understanding of the German language and culture.

Foster an appreciation for cultural nuances, etiquette, and communication styles.

Individualized Support:
Provide one-on-one coaching and support for participants requiring additional assistance.

Collaborate with other language trainers and professionals to share best practices and enhance the overall language training program.

Stay Updated on Language Trends:
Stay abreast of developments in language education, including new teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies.

Continuously enhance personal and professional knowledge to deliver high-quality language training.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and participant progress.

Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of the language training program and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in German language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience as a German language trainer, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Proficiency in using language teaching tools and technology.

Certification in language education or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
