- Check Sale invoice - Export and GST Invoice with Shipping, Packing List, PFI, and Inventories
- Prepare E Invoice & E-Way Bill

2 Purchase Entry
- Check the Purchase invoice as per PO
- Check the GST Credit as per Invoice
- Deduction of TDS under 194Q if applicable
- Check the all-related document like E-ways, Transport LR Copy etc..

3 General Expense Booking
- follow up / Check of Purchase & Expense Invoices
- Check and deduct the TDS if applicable

4 Cash
- follow up for Cash Voucher and Make the payment
- Check the physical voucher along with supporting and signature.
- Entry in System for Cash Payment

5 Travelling Expense
- Check the Domestics / Foreign travelling expense with all supporting & Entry in system

6 Bank Entry - Collection & Payment Entry & Salary Payment

Online PaymentTDS, PF, ESIC, GST & P. Tax, Advance tax Payment

7 Bank Reconciliation

8 TDS / TCS
- Prepare the Category wise Deduction report for TDS Payment
- make the payment of TDS and file the challan copy
- Prepare the TDS sheet for Quarterly returns

9 Audit Works
- Co - ordination with Auditors
- Print out the all-ledger statement for audit
- Filed and maintain all document

10 General Work
- Maintains the details of all type of Insurance Policy
- Prepare the working for Leave encashment, Bonus, Gratuity
- Registration of employee in attendance machine

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)
