**Qualifications**:

- Active RN or LPN license in [State Name] (required)
- BLS certification (required); ACLS, PALS preferred for some units
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

**Preferred Experience (but not required)**:

- Prior experience in Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR systems)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
