**Objective of the Role**:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping

and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer

engagement. Your focus will be on leveraging digital channels to increase

reach, generate leads and improve overall performance in line with the

company’s goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Measure, track, and report on the success of campaigns using data analytics tools, optimizing performance based on key insights.
- Lead regular meetings with internal stakeholders to present campaign progress and KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital ads and content across all platforms to maximize traffic, conversions, and engagement to improve ROAS consistently
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and suggests actionable improvements to stay ahead of competitors.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, or a related field.
- **Proficiency in design and creative tools, including Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Video Editing software, must prepare PPT presentations and Brochure design.**:

- Solid understanding of SEO principles and strategies for content optimization.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or

related fields, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like Word Press, Square space,

and HubSpot.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret and leverage data, optimize performance, and refine strategies based on key metrics.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for emerging digital trends, and the ability to craft innovative, engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate

seamlessly across departments and effectively present ideas to diverse teams.
