**Basic patient Care roles and responsibilities**:

- Vital monitoring.(Pulse,BP,Temple,Resp)
- Daily assistance like sponge bath, diaper change,patient food feeding,patient clothes washing.
- Medications management maintain drug chart
- Patient Documentation
- **Critical care Patient at Home**:

- IV fluid administration,Catheter,Ryles tube care ,Bipap,Oxygen Administration, Nebu, Colostomy, Tracheostomy
- Wound care management
- Infection control
- Palliative care
- End of life care

**Baby care**
- Bathing
- Massaging
- Feeding nan pro
- Burping ,consoling, putting baby at cradle and rocking until baby sleeps
- Sterile wash - feeding bottle and clothes cleaning and folding
- Medicines administration
- Accompany the baby until mom arrives.

**Post operative and Surgical care management**
- Suture care
- Physio assistance
- Medicines management drug chart maintenance
- Vital monitoring
- Review with primary consultant

**Cancer care**
- Chemo treatments assistance and followup on medication
- Pain management followups
- Counseling

**Psychiatric** **care**
- Medicines followup
- Safety measures
- Counseling followup
- Calming techniques like walking meditation
- Massaging
