Store Incharge

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**: Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses.

**Staff Supervision and Training**:Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all employees understand their responsibilities.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.

**Customer Service**:Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.Train staff on effective customer service techniques and problem-solving skills.

**Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation**:Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales.Ensure the store layout is optimized for easy navigation and product visibility.Monitor cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing initiatives to drive sales.

**Operational Efficiency**:Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.Optimize store workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Budgeting and Financial Management**:Prepare and manage the store budget, including expenses and revenue forecasts.Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs. Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.

**Security and Loss Prevention**: Implement security measures to prevent theft and minimize losses. Train staff on security procedures and protocols.Conduct regular audits and surveillance to identify potential risks

**Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize profitability.Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Continuous Improvement**:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Encourage innovation and creativity among staff to enhance the store's competitiveness.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
