**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop high-quality **3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations** for interior and exterior projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate concepts into detailed visual outputs.
- Produce accurate **3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering** using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, and SketchUp.
- Work with AutoCAD drawings to create 3D models and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Optimize rendering workflows while maintaining a balance between quality and deadlines.
- Present design ideas and concepts to clients with high-impact visual presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, software, and industry trends.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, D5 Render, SketchUp, and AutoCAD** (mandatory).
- Strong sense of **aesthetics, color, composition, and detailing** in interiors and exteriors.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and design briefs.
- Good knowledge of post-production techniques (Photoshop or equivalent).
- Excellent **time management and teamwork** skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field (preferred).
**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Knowledge of **Unreal Engine / Lumion / Blender** for real-time rendering.
- Basic video editing and presentation skills.
- VR/AR visualization experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
