Junior Attorneys

We are a leading digital company and work for our clients / attorneys in US. Our company is looking for talented junior attorneys to join our dynamic legal team. You will perform a range of duties including preparing contract terms, preparing contracts and researching current regulations

**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of a client's needs and ability to fulfil its requirements
- Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
- Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements are written in language that is legally binding and according to the set protocols
- Assist to fulfil the terms of or to terminate contracts on mutually amicable terms
- Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable central and state regulations
- Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language
- Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide if provided by the client
- Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations
- Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
- Sound knowledge of contract management tools, technology and best practices
- Sound reporting skills including use of MS Excel and PPT
- Prepare and supervise Reports for Delivery
- Maintain personal and team records of work done

**Qualifications**
Law Graduate/ LLM
1-2 years’ experience in Contract review, drafting and negotiation
High level of positive attitude
Effective time management skills
Fluent in written and oral English at all levels both internally and externally
Professional approach to problem solving
Good decision-making abilities on the job
Target Driven
Keen eye for detail
Ability to adapt any process changes in a mínimal time period ‘can do’ attitude, including ability to be flexible with working shift patterns
