Boiler Operator

Role Description:
To handle all the boiler-related and maintenance-related activities at the site. Minimum job experience of 5 years and 1st class Boiler operator required.

Key Responsibilities

1. In the beginning, we need the operator to be experienced in helping with erection and commencing operations.

2. Operate the boiler, accessories, and conveyors within standard operating conditions.

3. Optimizes boiler efficiency and steam production during milling season and closely monitors machinery and equipment during operation.

4. Ensures cost consciousness in operating and maintaining the boiler thereby implementing full utilisation and proper usage of materials.

5. Supports the factory operation and coordinates closely with the Mill and Boiler Supervisors.

6. Endeavours to have good predictive, preventive and routine maintenance work on the Boiler, its accessories and conveyors.

7. Introduces innovative ideas and techniques to increase boiler efficiency.

8. Inculcates corporate values, productivity programs, discipline and morale among partners.

9. Maintains safety and housekeeping within the work area.

10. Performs other duties and responsibilities from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
