**Job Title: Line Inspector - Manufacturing**

**Experience Level: 1-3 Years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Inspection**: Perform thorough inspections on production lines to ensure product quality meets specifications and standards.
- **Documentation**: Record inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as required.
- **Process Monitoring**: Monitor manufacturing processes on the production line to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production teams to communicate quality requirements and implement corrective actions.
- **Problem-solving**: Identify and report any issues affecting product quality, and collaborate with relevant teams to find solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- BE/ Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality inspection.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with inspections.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

**Note**: This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience to build a foundation in quality inspection within the manufacturing industry. Training and development opportunities will be provided to enhance skills and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
