- Meet or exceed set sales targets by proactively selling products to customers.
- Track individual sales performance and report on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, offering advice, and guiding them in making purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the product’s value proposition.
- Set up displays, arrange product placement, and ensure the promotional area is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding product features, pricing, and competitors.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams for product improvements or adjustments.
- Represent the company professionally, adhering to dress codes and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Educate customers about the brand and its values.
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the product is always available for customers.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Track daily sales activities and provide regular updates to supervisors or the sales team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
