Job Description: Admission Counselor

Purpose
- Under general direction, provides counselling in the areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection and career planning related counselling, Will be part of Admission

Team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students & working professionals for our various Distance Education Programs.
- Generate leads for admission, Follow-ups for admissions & closure.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student/ working professionals.
- Arrange meetings with relevant people in medium and large-scale companies to arrange seminars and pitch our Management Programs for their employees.
- Delivery of Sales targets in performance driven competitive environment.
- Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status update of action taken thereon.
- Handling walk-ins & counselling, new registrations/re-registration.
- Managing the data in our own software.
- Coordinating with ICs and students for all admission related documents

Professional skills required:

- Good English language ability.
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and articulately.
- Patience
- Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition
- Should be able to convert the inquiries into admissions
- Maintaining regular communication with the students for coordinating admission activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
