**JOB TITLE**:
Nursing Staff for Calida Psychiatric Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**WORK ACTIVITIES**:

- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Document patient history, including previous mental health issues, current medications, and any co-existing medical conditions.
- Support patients in daily activities and therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care discussions.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes.

**QUALIFICATION**:
ANM Nursing with valid Maharashtra State Registration (MNC) certificate. Atleast 1 year Psychiatric experience preferable.
Food and accommodation will be provided.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- MNC Nursing License (required)
