**Job Summary**

As a Production Supervisor Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring timely delivery of quality products, and contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. You will work closely with the production team, ensuring their adherence to standard operating procedures, and actively participating in process optimization and problem-solving activities.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervising a team of production workers in a mechanical manufacturing environment.
- Monitoring and tracking production progress, including output, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, coordinating with maintenance personnel or engineers as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Maintaining production records, reports, and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, and initiating replenishment as necessary.

- Ability to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Skills to identify and resolve production issues
- Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
