**Paper Cutting Machine Operator**

Set up, operate and maintain Polar Paper Cutting Machine, Binding Machine, Centre Staple Machine, Spiral Binding Machine, Creasing machine. Good communication and writing skills are essential and must be able to interact with co-workers in a professional manner. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Polar cutter operator is mandatory.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
Accurately and efficiently set up all cutting programs for each job according to supplied specifications with a proficiency in polar cutter programming

Experience in all types of layouts / gangs / crossovers, signature layouts etc.

Experience in Perfect Binding Machine, Centre Staple Machine, Spiral Binding Machine, Creasing machine.

Ensure completed jobs are packed or stacked properly in correct quantities / order if further finishing is in order

Make adjustments during production run as required in adherence to all quality requirements

May be required to set up / operate / assist on 2 machines simultaneously

Knowledge of hot glue system for fugitive / permanent glue is a plus

Perform all required preventative machine maintenance

**Physical Requirements**:
Continuous periods of standing while running equipment 8 hour shifts

Continuous lifting of stacks of paper 25-50lbs

Continuous movement, bending, twisting etc. while operating equipment

**Educational Qualification**:
High school diploma or general education degree

One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
