**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting to Machine shop in-charge
- By following the machine loading planning set the component and complete the required qty mentioned in the plan
- Ensuring the quality of the part machined as per the required drg.
- Co-ordinate with Quality control department for First Article Inspection, In-process inspection and ensure the Work instructions are followed.
- Maintaining the accountability for the Tools / Raw material received from the stores for process at any point of time.
- Ensuring the productivity, machine efficiency, Tools life as per the target fixed.
- Proper storing the CNC programs, Setup details and tools details
- Ensuring that the only program available in machine for the running Job only.
- Recording the In-process inspection report
- Making ready the tools / Raw material / Jigs Fixture / Gauges / Instruments well before the component is coming to run.
- Strictly following the Process sheet for processing.
- Any deviation found in the process, keeping the NC part separate and inform the In-charge for disposal action and correct the next components and get approval from the QC for further running.
- Write and maintain the log book for each machine.
- Inform the in-charge and stores if any tools/Jigs Fixtures/Gauges/instruments got broken or damaged.
- Keep the machine clean and tidy.
- Do the preventive maintenance as per the maintenance chart placed on the machine and record the same in the Sheet.
- Keeping a separate record for Re-Work parts and their timing, cost etc.
- Running the machines as per In Charge‘s work allotment.
- Involving in housekeeping and machine cleaning Utilizing and handling the instruments and Tools as per Good Manufacturing practices implemented in the organization.
- Loading and Unloading the goods
- Following up the work instructions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
