**We are Hiring a Marketing Executive(Medical)**

**Position: Marketing Executive**

**Interview Mode**: Face to Face

**Job Location**: Mumbai(Kandivali & Andheri), Jaipur & Gurgaon

**Experience**: 1+ Years

**Salary**:up to INR 35,000/
- **Qualification**: MBA / Graduate

**Industry**: Medical Equipment / Hearing Aids / Medical & Healthcare Services

Increase market penetration in all segments viz. Institutions, Multispecialty hospitals, Independent hospitals (big or small), Medical Colleges, and Hearing aid centres in the assigned areas utilize the sales process in order to achieve revenue, profitability, and expense targets.

1. Meeting a specified number of doctors (usually 10 per day) by working in a pre-planned territory that is decided with help of a Monthly Tour Plan.

2. Increase sales by promoting their products/equipment.

3. Responsible for making awareness of the product and the brand to the folk especially when people are not recognized with the product.

4. Putting efforts to Increase Market share by gathering potential customers.

5. Meet and exceed the target.

6. 6-7 calls per day and fixing appointments.

7. Manage the territory like a small business.

8. Build relationships with new clients and potential customers and convey product information.

9. Sales/Margin and collection target met or exceeded.

10. Grow revenue from the current and new customer base.

11. Implement locally all national promotions and programs.

12. Maximize share in all accounts.

13. Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship.

14. Market feedback on competitors’ activity and offerings.

15. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
