**Job Type**:Full-Time (6 Days a Week, Rotational Weekly Off)

**Salary**:₹10,000 - ₹15,000 + Incentives (Up to ₹17,000 based on experience)

**About Us**:
Red Letter Hospitality operates a well-known restro-cafe alongside three cloud kitchen brands in the Golf Green area. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** to build corporate partnerships and increase our brand presence. If you have experience in sales and marketing within the food & beverage or hospitality sector, we would love to have you on our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit corporate offices to introduce our café and cloud kitchen brands.
- Connect with decision-makers and pitch our corporate offers and catering services.
- Promote our restro-cafe as the ideal venue for corporate meetings and gatherings.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and secure corporate orders and event catering deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
- Comfortable with travel within the city to meet clients.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Fixed salary between ₹10,000 - ₹15,000, based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives.
- 6 working days a week with a rotational weekly off.
