Key Responsibility Areas Detailed Job Description
Driver's Support
▪ Inbound - Answering all the queries and concerns of the delivery associates and acting as a point of contact for any rider related issues and escalating to the concerned department. ▪ Outbound - Calling, coordinating, and guiding delivery associates and taking necessary measures to avoid customer dissatisfaction or delays in deliveries caused due to controlled/uncontrolled circumstances.
Operational Support ▪
Managing the entire process from order generation till order delivery through In-house tracking software. ▪
Taking regular feedback from the team leaders about the delivery associates in their allocated zones.
▪ Ensuring the timely delivery of all orders by tracking every single order.
Reporting
▪ Sharing rider’s performance on daily basis and monitoring low performers for achieving excellence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
