- **Regular Site Visits**: Conduct frequent site visits to identify and address any operational issues promptly, ensuring the smooth functioning of the site.
- **Employee Management**: Address discrepancies among employees and provide timely solutions to maintain a productive workforce.
- **Client Relations**: Maintain regular communication with client authorities, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Attendance and Payroll**: Collect and maintain attendance records, ensuring accuracy, and timely submission to the payroll department. Handle salary distribution and related tasks.
- **New Employee Onboarding**: Conduct induction sessions for new employees and ensure they receive necessary documentation and training.
- **Training and Development**: Schedule and execute monthly personnel training sessions at the site to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- **Administration Coordination**: Coordinate with HR and Admin Executives for various administrative tasks such as ID distribution, uniform allocation, and document submission.
- **Financial Management**: Handle financial tasks such as collecting and submitting monthly bills to clients and coordinating with HR for PF form submissions.
- **Employee Welfare**: Address employee grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure a safe working environment by handling legal issues and accidents promptly.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of site visits, employee complaints, and legal issues for reference and compliance purposes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Security Management**: Prepare monthly shift schedules for security personnel and ensure their efficient deployment at designated sites.
- **Competencies**:
Should posses an eyesight to understand the employees problem. Ability to resolve the employees issues related to ESIC, PF etc. Updated knowledge of rules & regulations related to employee welfare like ESIC, PF, Maternity benefits etc. Good communication skills to coordinate between employees & client supervisors. Ability to control unreasonable absentessim of employees on site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
