**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Program Delivery**:

- Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate STEM & Robotics programs.
- Facilitate hands-on activities, ensuring children are actively engaged and having a positive learning experience.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.

**Classroom Management**:

- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and clean classroom environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during program hours.
- Manage behavior and implement discipline strategies as needed, maintaining a positive and respectful approach.

**Support Individual Learning Needs**:

- Identify and address the individual learning needs of children in collaboration with lead teachers.

Provide additional assistance to children who may require extra support in understanding STEM concepts.

**Communication**:

- Establish effective communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and any relevant information.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless program delivery.

**Resource Management**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining STEM materials and resources.
- Collaborate in the preparation of lesson plans, ensuring they align with educational objectives.

**Professional Development**:
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest educational trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science / Education
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Passion for education, creativity, and working with STEM programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
