**Job Title: Equity Trader / Dealer**

Job Summary: The Dealer is responsible for executing trades on behalf of clients and providing them with investment advice. They will be required to monitor markets and keep up to date with industry news and trends to provide informed recommendations. The Dealer will also be required to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To execute trades for the clients, keeping them informed About rates, Research Information and Market Outlook, Order & Trade Details and Confirmations
- Communicating Intra-day Trading Calls and Investing Ideas to Customers.
- Monitor markets and stay up to date with industry news and trends to provide informed investment advice
- Calling dormant / inactive clients and convincing them to start trading.
- Individually Operate NSE / BSE Terminals
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their investments and any changes in market conditions that may impact their portfolios
- Collaborate with research and analysis teams to stay current on market developments and investment opportunities
- Identify and Develop New Streams for Equity Revenue Growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new products and services
- Achieving monthly brokerage targetsQualifications and Requirements:

- Relevant certifications such as NISM 8 or NCFM
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies
- Prior experience in stock broking, trading, or investment banking is preferred
- Proficient in using trading platforms and other relevant software

Work exp : upto1-2 years

Education Qualification: Any Graduate
