**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Address inquiries, provide information about the facility, classes, and membership options.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- **Membership Management**:

- Process new memberships and renewals.
- Maintain accurate membership records, ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Assist with membership inquiries, cancellations, and freezes.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate schedules to optimize facility usage and instructor availability.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Handle transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Keep track of member accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to whatsapp chats promptly.
- Provide information, address inquiries, and schedule appointments over the phone or via whatsapp chat.
- **Facility Access Control**:

- Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- **Member Orientation**:

- Provide orientations for new members, explaining facility layout, equipment usage, and safety guidelines.
- Offer guidance on fitness programs, classes, and available amenities.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- **Sales and Promotions**:

- Promote and upsell membership packages, personal training sessions, or other services.
- Communicate current promotions and encourage member participation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:
